Since sleeping naked is pretty easy to try yourself, it might be time to strip down and get your snooze on. For your health, that is. As it turns out, there are many benefits of sleeping naked. You may have heard of some of these, but others might surprise you. Your body temperature is one key to how you fall asleep.
Which means the same thing in upstate New York as it does the rest of the country -- humidity , humidity, and a little more humidity.
