BAGHDAD, Aug 31 (KUNA) — An American soldier was killed and another was injured during combat operations in western Baghdad yesterday, said the Multi-National Force (MNF) on Friday.

Meanwhile, the MNF revealed that inspections in Baghdad resulted in the discovery of several weapon caches.

The caches, found in the capital, consist of numerous kinds of weapons, from Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) to guns ammunitions and Rocket Propelled Grenades (RPG).
