BAGHDAD, July 18 (KUNA) — One US soldier was killed and four others were injured by a blast in Baghdad on Tuesday, said the US army on Wednesday.
In a press release, the army said the soldiers were members of the Multi-National Division in Baghdad and the incident was caused by "an improvised explosive device detonated near their patrol during combat operations." Two gunmen responsible for the blast were identified and killed following the attack, said the army.
